By visiting our site or purchasing an object from our collection, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Material & Technical Variance Our objects are precision-machined from raw metal stock (including but not limited to Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminum, and Titanium) and subjected to a variety of finishing processes. Consequently, minor surface character marks, toolpaths, or subtle aesthetic variances are normal characteristics and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Over time, raw metal surfaces will naturally weather, patina, or scratch based on individual handling and environment.

Limitation of Liability & Intended Use Hyper Imp, LLC objects are designed exclusively as tactile desktop hardware and everyday-carry sensory anchors. They are not toys intended for small children, and contain small components or heavy, dense geometries that could pose a choking or impact hazard if misused.

In no case shall Hyper Imp, LLC, our directors, officers, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, personal injury, or property damage—arising from your use or misuse of any of our products.

Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts.
